GLOBAL LEGAL ASSOCIATION: Litigation 2030
What emerged from the discussion was not a single trend, but a broader pattern: future disputes are becoming less about isolated legal issues and more about interconnected systems.
As litigation approaches 2030, matters such as AI-driven decision-making, digital evidence, climate and supply-chain accountability, and overlapping global regulations are increasingly converging within a single dispute. The core challenge ahead is no longer novelty, but coherence—how effectively lawyers and courts integrate technology, sustainability, and cross-border regulatory frameworks into a clear and workable litigation strategy.
From practice, it is evident that disputes will be determined not merely by legal doctrine, but by clarity: the ability to explain complex technologies, trace responsibility across jurisdictions, and frame accountability in a manner that decision-makers can meaningfully assess.
A timely and substantive discussion, made possible by a well-curated forum and an engaged panel. Appreciation to the Global Legal Association for convening this session.
