Rizki Marjuki, S.H.

Rizki Marjuki, S.H., holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia and a highly experienced legal professional boasting over 20 years of experience in handling a wide range of criminal cases, including both general and special economic crimes, throughout all regions of Indonesia. He gained significant professional experience during his tenure at Roosdhandi & Associates (R&A), where he worked from 2004 to 2025.

Rizki’s representative matters demonstrate his capability to advocate for diverse clients, successfully representing various Multi-National Companies, Local Companies, and Individuals in criminal prosecutions at the National Police Headquarters and Regional Police Offices across Indonesia, also covering sectors such as Banking & Capital Market (including American and Malaysian banks operating in Indonesia and a non-bank American financial institution), Construction (representing Japanese and Australian companies), Plantation (working with American palm oil and Japanese plantation companies), and Manufacture (advising American, Japanese, and Malaysian companies). Rizki is a certified mediator, having obtained his certificate from the Pusat Mediasi Nasional (PMN) in November 2025. His core skills include Criminal Litigation, Analysis, Strategic Advisory, and Mediation.

Wida holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia.
